When you are going to list your home for sale, you need to make it seem as fresh and new as possible. A prospective buyer who is ready to submit a competitive offer is going to need to feel like they can picture themselves in your home, so certain aspects of the home should be updated. Flooring is one of the most important features, as worn carpet or scratched wood floors can be a major turnoff to buyers who aren't going to want to purchase and install new flooring as soon as they get the keys.
